International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to:

Primary Carrier: DHL Express (for most international destinations)
Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For US Canada, and the Philippines, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means customers see all required fees upfront and avoid surprise charges upon delivery.

For countries where duties cannot be pre-calculated, import fees may be assessed by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. International tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. PO Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier used.
